Choosing a website that requires a UX and UI upgrade, analyzing it and offering a responsive solution for desktop and mobile.
Our Choice
The site we choose is AC-Eilat (https://aceilat.com) that is an e-commerce site for mobile and computers.

Points for improvement

Outdated and messy interface.

There is a trend of an increase in the percentage of consumers who switch to purchasing online, about 40% of them purchase electrical products and media products and accessories.
The smartphone and computer markets are markets with multiple sales and high profitability potential.
Putting the facts together, it can be assumed that a company that leads in this market will be able to achieve large profits now and in the future.
The online product sales platforms can make the desired difference in connecting the clientele to the network, when the data shows that there is a high loyalty to well-known websites (which create a sense of security among the customers).
Persona
Natalie Shemer
21 year old single gamer
General Information:
Freshly discharged from a technologic unit in the IDF. She is the captain of a
group of gamers that competes in official competitions of the Gamers Association
in Israel. She always strives to upgrade the computer's capabilities step by
step to achieve an improved gaming experience. Looking for opportunities to
purchase in sales.
Wants & Needs:
- Comprehensive information about the products as far as hardware strength
is concerned
- Products intended for the gaming world with a compatible design and
comfort for a long time.
Frustrations:
- Buying expensive hardware without prior inspection.
- Lack of knowledge about the delivery time.
Daniel Katz
A 16-year-old network adapter
General Information:
A high school student at a private school in Haifa.
Maintains Tik Tok and Instagram pages with great exposure and uses them to
upload opinion videos about sports in Israel and around the world.
The smartphone is his whole world and with its help he creates content with high
photographic quality.
Wants & Needs:
- Small home lighting and recording equipment and cool smartphone
accessories.
- Option to preview the variety of designs and colors of the product.
Frustrations:
- The prices are too high.
- Difficulty in sharing the product with other people because you have to
approve the product in front of the paying parents.
Yadid Malka
45 year old web designer
General Information:
Married + 4 children owns an independent website design and marketing business.
A business that has been around for 20 years.
He is always looking to innovate and promote his business with the best and
newest products available on the market.
Wants & Needs:
- Information about new products and what is special about them.
- Possibility of a discounted offer for businesses.
Frustrations:
- Payment security level.
- As a professional a user-unfriendly interface drives him crazy.
